When you buy an adoptable from me, you are agreeing to my terms and if you break them, I have the right to take measures and blacklisting you, in which you cannot buy from me ever again. ASK ME QUESTIONS IF YOU HAVE TROUBLE UNDERSTANDING OR IF THERE ISN'T THE THING YOU WANT TO KNOW, ISN'T ON HERE!

0. BEFORE COMMISSIONING- Please have a proper reference sheet of the character(s) and have filled out the form that was given with the commission(s) thoroughly. Also if your character(s) has any detail(s) that cannot be missed, please inform the artist either beforehand or on the commission form.
- If you, the commissioner, fail to inform the artist beforehand and she delivers the finished product(s), you may request for the detail(s) to be added on if the artist is able to.
- The artist's style may change from commission to commission. This is due to the artist's inconsistent art style.
- Please be aware that some commissions may be slightly off

Ask the artist in case something you want to be drawn is not on here

1. PAYMENT- Paypal only and only through Donation or Shop
- Full payment is needed for me, the artist, to begin the commission(s)
- Commissions are digital products and not physical products and therefore will not be shipped
- Commissions are expected to be sent as Goods and Services if given the option to. Payment should not be sent as Friends and Family if you are not a friend or family member of the artist 1Greengrass1. However, if you, the commissioner are a friend or family member of the artist, the artist's TOS still applies

2. WAIT TIME- The artist's time on commissions can take from 1 day - 3 months! Please do not rush her but you can now and then check in on your commission
- If the artist is sick or has personal life problems that affect her from doing the commission(s), she will warn you when it goes into effect. - The artist understands a lot of people don't trust artists when this happens but she is human and this can happen
- The artist will give you the finished product, but if she forgets a major detail, the artist will be able to fix it if you ask (Most of the time the artist asks if the commission(s) is fine but tends to forget sometimes)*
- Keep in mind, there are certain commission types that the artist has to leave out certain details (like Bit Icons)

3. CREDIT- PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO CREDIT THE ARTIST! You can credit the artist on the platform you received her art on or any of her active socials (Instagram, Toyhouse, and Twitter)
- Do not remove the artist's username signature (@1Greengrass1) if the commission did not come without a file that does not have the artist's signature on it.
- The artist has her username on most of her commissions due to people forgetting the artist, miscrediting, and the fear of people stealing her art.

4. REFUNDS- The artist will only do refunds if it has passed the due mark for your commission(s) even if she has sketched it out. However, if the artist is almost done please bear with her that she will give you another time frame that it will be finished. Even still after that, the artist shall do her best to issue back a refund.
- NO CHARGEBACKS PLEASE Contact the artist before even THINKING about this! If you have a problem, PLEASE ASK THE ARTIST. The artist will be able to resolve it quickly! If something does happen and if the artist does not issue your refund when standards are acceptable, you, the commissioner may chargeback
- The artist is also able to refund you, the commissioner, for any reason(s) she will like and has the right to no disclose such reason(s)

5. COPYRIGHT- No one can edit your commission at all. Even you, the commissioner. The only person that can edit the commission(s) is the artist, 1Greengrass1
- You, the commissioner, are not allowed to make money off of the commission(s) (ex. making merch with the artist's art such as but not limited to prints, keychains, buttons, pillows, clothes)
- You, the commissioner, are not allowed to upload the art to your own art gallery UNLESS it is a character storage place such as Toyhouse or your own personal storage areas (like Google Drive or Sta.sh)
- You, the commissioner are allowed to upload the art to places like Twitter WITH THE ARTIST'S PERMISSION and the artist also has the right to decline this request (this is mostly targeted towards Virtual YouTubers (VTubers))
- You can use the commission for personal use (examples are profile pics, backgrounds, headers, etc)
- The artist has the right to use your commission(s) as examples for the commission type(s) and post it wherever she pleases
- You, the commissioner have no right to claim the artist's art as your own

6. OTHERAsk questions! But do not be harsh about them. If you do not agree with the artist's TOS, then you, the commissioner cannot request any changes. However, the artist has the right to change her TOS if she feels the need to.(More to be added)
